BOC WBC is focused on empowering groups such as immigrants, women, minorities, and other people with the resources necessary to achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Through building knowledge, expanding capacity, and potentially providing credit, BOC WBC builds community and connection for WMBE's in the greater NYC area.
